Hi All,

Just a short note to inform you that Heidi and I received a letter from Debello Law (Solicitors), dated 23rd December 2011, informing us that they had been instructed by their clients Jay, Mike and Cheryl to withdraw their appeal and discontinue all of the claim immediately, in relation to the trademark dispute .

Thank you all for your continued support and we look forward to seeing you during our 2012 season.

I wish to let you know that we have been successful in the recent trade mark dispute.

We chose to delay publishing this statement until the decision had been posted on the IPO website.   The full transcript can now be read in it's entirety HERE.

A big thank-you to the fantastic audience at last nights show at the Gladstone Theatre.  We received an extremely warm welcome from a very lively audience - so thank you  to everyone who ventured out on a beautiful summers' evening.  A big 'Thank-you' also to all the staff and crew who made everything happen so seamlessly in their great theatre.....we look forward to coming back again.
